How do I create my account?
To create your account on the ICICLE online store, click on "My Account" and then on "Register". Fill in your email address - which becomes your username - as well as other required information.
How do I update my account?
Changing your password or billing information is very simple. Click on “My Account” and enter your email address and password. Once connected, you can retrieve and change your personal information.
I forgot my password. How can I access my account?
When logging in, click on "Forgot Password" then enter the email address you created your account with. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you instantly. If you do not receive it in your regular inbox, check your spam mail.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
Subscribe to the newsletter to receive exclusive information about private events, exhibitions and the latest collections. To subscribe, locate the newsletter section on the home page footer.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletters you received. Or log in to your account and update the "My Subscriptions" section. If you have any difficulty in this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
What do you do with my name and personal information?
The information you send us to process your order is only used within the framework of our commercial relationship. In no way can this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Regarding your banking information (bank cards), these are only used as part of your payment with our secure payment partner Adyen. We do not keep any banking information about you.

Order

How can I place an order on the ICICLE online store?
To place an order on the ICICLE store, simply browse through the website by accessing the products in the different categories. In particular, you can browse through the catalog and search items by category or by “universe”. Select the items by clicking on the desired size then ʺAdd to Cartʺ. Consult your basket by clicking the "Basket" button at the top right of the screen, then click "Order".
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are dispatched within 48 working hours then handed over to the carrier for delivery. Delivery times are then 24 to 72 hours after the entrustment of your order to the carrier. You will be updated about the status of your delivery by email.
How can I track my order?
Once placed on our online store, your order will be confirmed by email. You will then be emailed at the different stages of the process of your order from its preparation to its shipment. You will also receive the DHL tracking link in order to follow its delivery.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once the order is confirmed, you cannot modify or cancel it.

What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept payment by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
How is the payment secured?
We use the Adyen E-Commerce solution, recognized by the main players in the financial world. This allows payments to be made in a high-quality environment, with optimal security and compliant with PCI DSS and DSP2, while respecting privacy.
Tax refund
Tax refund is not available for purchases made on the ICICLE website.
